		<description>Well everything is shot in raw first even if I know I want it to be B&amp;W in the end I will shoot it in B&amp;W mode so I can see what it will look like on my screen but the actual file is still in color and will actually process them B&amp;W in the computer,  I do this because typically B&amp;W photos need to be a stop lighter (techincal jargon) to get the skin tones to the right level.  Every BW conversion is an art, which you learn in the dark room and all of those rules and techniques are used digitally as well.  The hard part is getting interesting skin tones that are not muddy and &quot;digital&quot;.I shoot with a Nikon D3 as my main camera. Hope that helps!  Josh</description>
